Who makes up the planning committee?
Members of our community who live, work, and are committed to working collaboratively to convene the Legislative Forum for individuals of all ages who experience developmental delays, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and their families who reside in Pierce County.
What do the planning committee members do?
Committee members share their time, skills, and talents to help convene the Legislative Forum. They lean-in, lift, and collaborate. They provide community feedback.
Who is responsible for convening the IDD Legislative Forum?
Pierce County Human Services Developmental Disabilities contracts with PAVE to convene the Legislative Forum. While ultimately responsible for convening and executing the forum, we at PAVE do so with a community of talented planning committee members representing the purpose of the forum.
